Question :
If Kinross does get the 90% and delist ARU and goes to court for the forced acquisition, will our shares be negotiable or will them be frozen in time?.
How long this waiting time will be?
Further more:
if all this goes into litigation, our funds will be tied up for how long?
and will the, hopefully victorious ,ending justify the cost of time and frozen funds ?.
Time is money and frozen money is lost money.
