Yes ,i saw it on my news this morning and i thought :Chavez the 2nd in play.

He is hitting even companies ,with whom he had agreements in place ,in order to promote himself as a defender of the people and gain memento for the incoming election.

Hopefully he will be as hard driving in pursuit of the mining law and our permit.
