All this talk of how K has suposedly got the 90 % they need really was beginning to scare me into thinking of selling or tendering hahahahahahahaha.

Here is another possibility such a large short position has been able to be covered on such small volume and in such a short time. It is actually owned by K who has been covering it with shares tendered and that is why we have not seen a short squeeze.
