The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's prosecution of Exotics.com Inc., an alleged market manipulation that included Vancouver businessman James Ericksteen, may finally be headed for trial after 3-1/2 years. The case had been on hold pending an unrelated criminal trial, which is now done.

Assuming the hearing gets under way next year, it will have been eight years since the alleged manipulation.

I still hold my shares but is this what is going to happen if we don't tender?

I will be an octogenarian by than; that is if we go to seek a court ruling.

Still hoping that events ,whatever they are,will be in a steep upswing.
