just my lowly opinion,but i would assume that sprott would have been more vocal about all this if they DID NOT TENDER.They have a lot of influence,and could easily have started a little something...that being said, Oliver at sprott said they wouldn't tender,and Embry said he hoped the deal wouldn't go through...just my thoughts.... kudos to those of us still in!
