Well I certainly agree with the concept that they over the last 2 years have used a campaign of scaring out and wearing down retail investors.

We are in my opinion nearing the end of this phase however.

I have to once again disagree with the numbers K suposedly has. Nowhere has it been stated that K has been TENDERED anywhere near 130 million some shares.

Tendered shares and validly deposited shares are not the same thing and if they were then why would they have used the differing terminology in their press releases.
