I have my own insider trading reports, therefore I do not need to go searching through Sedi.

It states that shares have been exchanged PURSUANT to a takeover or merger.

If you look up the definition of Pursuant, this in my opinion once again means that conditions have been placed on them in determining whether or not legal ownership will change hands.

The devil is in the details as they say.
