This is the "Sweetner" that Kinross can now make to investors who have held out, but are now willing to sell their shares on the open market....

This will be much cheaper for Kinross than going to court!

I hope the price keeps this action up in the morning....I am now just getting my head "above water"...and need to take a long breathe before seeing if it will be worth selling some shares above $6.50...
