I beleive you also felt that K could hold up a takeover by another company by there supposed 10% holding in ARU.

That was not correct since it stated in the takeover agreement that K had to tender their shares to a superior offer.

I wonder why such a statement would be included in the offer hahahahahahaha.

The share price of ARU certainly is not acting like this is a done deal with K, as K was down today and ARU has had the largest 1 day rally in a long time hahahahahaha.

Oh, I am soooooooooooo scared, K has 94% validly deposited shares. Fortunately for me, my greed, by all the money I continue to make by not tendering and selling more than offsets that fear hahahahahahaha.

The Ecuadorian govt., oh excuse me, Anonymous continues to buy up everything and they have been on the right side of the trade for 2 years running running.
