I haven`t relisted my shares at the $20 level since the original Sept 3 deadline, but in light of this new development, if it is K buying up on the open market ,I will be happy to facilitate their interest.

Hopefully there is some justification in Feerless`s reasoning, [to hold ones shares] until a better deal comes around as, Ive found his posts to be informative & a ray of light throughout this stinky-offer
