Here's my take on the vote....

As a personal note... I HATE political votes..

There that said...

I believe the vote will pass through the house of representatives...

The last defeated session was simply posturing for "the Vote", as an election is forthcoming and all these representatives have to answer to their constituents.

The senate, however is a different kettle of fish...

They are ruled by the mighty dollar and as such have seen the effect.

This 700+ drop in the DOW has affected their bottom line and "they" want it fixed...

This same scenario will be unfurled in the next vote.. as many individuals will be screaming about the loss of value of their 401K etc....

Thus we will see that on the house of representatives vote ... This time it will pass... IMHO.

The long term effect of debt and inflation will only be something that the politicians will deal with on another day... (i.e. pass the buck.)

Gold will pull back... find a level around 850 and then wait...like a spring... till the (next vote).
