WE are definitely delisted.
Our share are in a limbo now ,our capital is at a standstill and we all know that time is money.
The choice of going to court ,if successful, will bring a marginal gain well offset by the gain of the tendered shares either staying with K or selling and entering a new venture.
Let's also remember that K can stretch the court case for a long time if that is to their advantage.
So my believe is that we have only one remunerative solution to this mess ,get the shares out of the ""state quo"" that we are now, one way or another we will make money.
