All my ARU shares are still in my accounts.

As far as I have been able to determine, K can only take up your shares if you have TENDERED them or if you fail now to become a dissenting shareholder within the required time period.

If my shares were somehow exchanged without my permission for K shares, then I certainly would be concerned.I would contact my broker immediately asking what was going on and demand that they be returned.
