I suggest that if you wish to become a dissenting shareholder to this K deal, you go to the K web site now and read the section they provided in there circular on dissenting shareholders and the conditions.

Then I would go to the Canada business act and look up the process for dissenting shareholders and follow it just in case.

Registering as a dissenting shareholder in a timely manner is very important.
