After 1 hour on the phone I go this fax from TDW last night - we have till 9am tomorrow to dissent. Like pulling teeth. They knew but have they advise us? She implied it has been sent out by registered mail, we have not received anything. It will probably arrive tomorrow morning in the mail. Of course the curse of Patrick, making it too late...
