Pardon me for saying something stupid but reading all the posting this morning ,

especially this last one of boardlot, something ,being very suspicious of K,ticked in my mind .

It is a collusion between K and the brokerage houses were they let K have the shares for making the 90%plus on the understanding to retrieve them back if needed;banking on the fact that the majority of the share holders would not dissent and accept the transfer in the end,

1. None of us to date have posted saying they've received this "Registered Letter" from the Dealers.

2....it appears the Broker wants your decision by 9am 16Oct08 - that's tomorrow.

3. I wonder if the ARU shs have already been removed by Kinross from some of the Dealers' Accts, what's the chance of anyone retreiving their shs from the Kinross Transfer Agent.

#2 why so early considering that they have not notified us as early as possible ?
