Just looking at the overnight postings and benric's word "advice" jumped out at me! As per my own and other's posts, I think we are providing "input" and "suggestions" here, rather than that sticky and loaded commodity termed "advice".

As far as the dissenting process goes as explicated on this Forum and in the Kinross offer document, it certainly has not been made clear, IMHO. In raising this question earlier, I was referred to the offer! Seems ironic to me we are gravely disappointed in the actions of ARU and K yet must flounder through their legalese in a search for direction.

Ultimately, of course, it is every individual for him/her self, but too bad all the big guns have pulled in their horns or ran off before getting some simple steps on the record, at least as a guide, not "advice".
