Until someone comes out with another idea, I'm in Canada and would use:

Cost $8,405. divide by 634 Kinross shs = 13.257 per K share and use a Zero cost base for the Warrants.

Either that or add the proceeds of the Shs & Wts and net it out against the cost.

Either way it's the same Cap Gain. Hopefully a CA will advise if there's a 'right' way.
