Baz,

I have had nothing from them either. TD Waterhouse told me that the 20 day time limit ended on the 8th of Oct and the shares and warrants will be in my account within 2 weeks from then. She also sympathized and said in this market there will be more of this kind of behavior. Witness the proxy battle that Rosseau is trying to pull off on Noront, NOT.V. Any help over there from those of us that have been dragged through the wringer would be very appreciated. This is a recurring nightmare for me that I am not sure I can stomach AGAIN. Once those snakes are voted in, there is going to be no stopping them from the ravaging.
