Unless there is a way of short-circuiting the process called for by the CBCA, don't hold your breath.

I have been asking that anyone with a reference about an alternative procedure, to please post it. I am rather baffled that we are floundering in this regard at this late stage. Maybe (just maybe) if there had not been a mad rush to start another Board, we would have better info.
