I don't see it as much of a "grey area". The facts are available for anyone wishing to read them.

Anyone with soundly based info on a scenario or scenarios different than that posted, i.e.: the CBCA process, should be good enough to come forward and post accordingly.

Waiting may not be all bad if the POG takes off and the Ecuadorean mining situation moves forward.
