mercian9 Thank You so VM for Posting the letter dated today u recvd from TD re the date, 20Oct08, on which K will exercise their Compulsory acquisition of our ARU shs.

Hopefully the "Pay" date, being the date on which we'll recv the K shs in our accts, won't be later than 31Oct08.

We can't win in this transaction what with Gold now dropping so dramatically. Looks like a long term hold for many of us.

Nevertheless at least with K sitting in our accts we have the option to sell immediately vs having to get the Dealer's Clearance to sell on a Delayed Delivery basis.
