I assumed there would be a pass-through like the other ArU and K notices. Maybe that is still to come.

Surely we would not get gypped out of our statuatory right to dissent? If the brokers do not pass on the Offeror;s Notice, then I can see how the K shares would "automatically" appear in our accounts.

If this happens, it certainly would not be kosher in my books! I will follow this up with Scotia McLeod.
