Just got off the phone with CIBC investors edge.

I called concerned that they received notification that Kinross was taking my shares.

They assured me they had gotten no information from K and any communication would be related to me immediately.

I also asked if they had the power to sell/transfer my shares without my knowledge or agreement and they said "definitely not".

Also since my account is a margin account they said there is a note on it to ignore any "house calls"- in other words, there will not be a call to ask me to cover my margin at this time.
