I have requested my certificates today - emergency rush from CIBC...costing me $250

Tomorrow I pick them up and bring them IN PERSON to the Aurelian Trust @

I printed out the response letter and "checked" (B) ... to demand payment and fair value of the Aurelian shares.

now I have to figure out how to book a court date... anyone know how???

P.S. I am half screwed because half of my shares are in my RRSP and if I took them out I would have to declare all the money as income and there is no way in hell I can pay tax on the income, so that @#$%@#$% gets converted to K...

Anyone else dissenting...? DEADLINE TO DELIVER SHARES is OCT 20th, until I can PROVE I didn't receive any stinking Registered letter from the slimly Kinross corporation...
