I was amazed at how well you described what exactly happened with our ARU story...and how it looks like the "Culprits" are trying to pull off the very same scam again!!

Oh, this new board will be so much better than your original board .....the one's who have brought the NOT story to this point....only to be "forced" out by this hedge fund's group of "honorable mining individuals"....how can they be allowed to take the "Helm" of this company, with their record of fiduciary responsibility to the majority of shareholders of companies that they have already "screwed", with the same plan as you have just described in your post!

Investors don't do enough research on the companies they own...

Most don't vote their proxy statements, because they don't know what is really happening, and so whoever is placed up for a vote to the board, is usually approved by default!

I hope that with ARU's story being so much more prominent on the investment boards, that the WORD is out on this group of " Pirates"!! and how they "play the game" of take over and "sale" of the company!

ARU has taught a lot of us investors the hard truth about this situation....let's hope that history doesn't get repeated with NOT!
