In the meantime, a director of the Ministry confirmed on October 22 that the Mining Mandate issued on April 18 this year will continue until January 2, 2009 at which time its original term of 180 working days will expire. Cornerstone will provide further updates as new information becomes available.

2. Yep! Russia can expropriate the K Mine.

3. Yep! I could drop dead and leave this mess still outstanding to my Beneficiaries. I hope this doesn't happen because they'd sure consider me pretty dumb to of lost all our funds on one investment. Hmmm they'd be right wouldn't they.
