I saw the NR first thing yesterday in the morning and they were saying six months or less to turn it into law;

but somebody somewhere did say Jan. 2 -09. I will check it up and if wrong ,i will post it.

Aru and Kry are my down fall .

gold is sharply moving up ,maybe the future is a little brighter.
