My account is with CIBC and I got nothing from them, so I called Kinross this morning and got myself tossed back to CIBC.

Basically Kinross told me they have done everything at their end and it's up to our brokers to convert those ARU shares into K shares and warrants. I also fail to get a timeline on when would that happen. Again the answer was a terse respone - "call your broker". Really friendly type.

If your broker (Desjardins) said tonight, maybe CIBC will do the same. Kinross sure gets its pound of flesh from the non-tender ARU shareholders in this regard.
