You are correct the proof of what they have will be when they get the assays back from the lab.

One word of caution before you get too excited though there are about 3000 different minerals and most have no known economic value. This mineralization they talk about may not contain significant quantities of the element Au or gold. However time and the assays will tell. I wish you the best of luck.
