I asked for and obtained a copy of the pp docs. I am not a lawyer, but it looks to me like this placement is open to insiders, or outsiders who are accredited investors (eg. for Canadians, annual income > $200k or net worth >$1M).

Also, my impression is that the current hold on shares is soon to be lifted. Which way will the share price go??
