Balmoral Resources Increases Private Sale of Stocks, Warrants Again to $3.5 Million

10:22 AM EDT, 10/24/2019 (MT Newswires) -- Balmoral Resources (BAR.TO) said Thursday that it has again increased its previously announced non-brokered private placement to $3.5 million from $2.4 million.

The exploration company will now sell 9.2 million units at $0.17 apiece instead of the 7.2 million units perviously announced. Each unit consists of one common share and one half common share purchase warrant.

The company plans to use the proceeds for its exploration properties and for general working capital purposes.
