Clarifications:
The ball is now in the FAA's court. Baltia is waiting for the FAA to make a determination - whether to pass them on the mini, whether to allow a controlled and supervised deployment of R1, or whether to require them to take a new mini. It is my personal opinion that a test deployment of R1 should be appropriate, but I do not work for the FAA nor am I a specialist on FAA regulations. For me, at this point, it is just common sense.
The PR regarding the pass of the mini is already written. That does not mean that the mini has been deemed a pass, but rather that Baltia HQ is ready to press release a pass at the drop of a hat. They know that a pass is coming (someday), and they want to ensure that the information hits the market as soon as possible, so that no one has an unfair advantage over anyone else when it comes to trading upon this monumental event.
I know Baltia has enough $ to keep going, because I myself keep putting in $....and I personally know of a few others who are likewise doing the same.
I continue to fund Baltia because I know that they will find a way and that they will NEVER give up. Keep in mind that Igor began this company over 25 years ago. Can you think of a better example of sticking things out through every possible adversity and still driving on strong? Baltia will not quit. I can't be quite certain as to when they will succeed, but I can be quite certain that they will not throw in the towel. If that were the case, they would have done so long ago - not when they are just one baby step away from finally accomplishing what they have struggled years to achieve.
Godspeed Baltia.
Do what you got to do.
