Anyone who thinks this is a scam is crazy! I happened to be in Detroit yesterday doing some business and decided to pop in at Willow Run and see what was happening. I got to meet and talk at length with Igor. I got to tour the facilities. I toured thru a fully certified, current and ready B-747. I got to see the infamous slides, spares packed and ready in addition to the ones installed on the aircraft. I got to see the facts that have been presented to the FAA proving how mini #7 could and should be deemed a PASS. I saw and talked with maintenance people, ops people, scheduling people, all friendly, normal folks like you and I, all doing their daily jobs making sure everything is ready for when the PASS is sent down from the almighty FAA. All very impressive!! Trust me, all these employees are as anxious and frustrated as we longs are with the progress of things that are out of their control. Their jobs and everyday lives depend on this project moving forward. I also talked at length with Tony in the JFK offices yesterday. He was busy on the phones all day talking with people just like you and I with questions about what's happening. Unfortunately, they , like you and I, are waiting on answers too. They would love to give all of us definite answers about when things are happening, but, as optimistic as they/we are, the final determination is coming from a government agency that is working harder at covering it's own butt than making a decision and doing it's job. Hundreds of jobs and hundreds of millions of dollars in revenues are all on hold, waiting for a relatively simple decision from a government agency!! It'll come thou, eventually, so do yourself a favor and hang in there. Your patience will pay off handsomely. If someone was trying to run a scam, they wouldn't involve the FAA, the SEC, the DOT, set up offices in JFK, St. Petersburg, Willow Run, buy, maintain and upgrade a B-747, train and retrain its crew and on and on and on. IT'S NOT A SCAM! They're working hare to become a new International Airline. It's not as easy as it sounds! LOL!
