That is FAR, FAR, FAR from the truth!

A lot has happened between July 29th to December 16th.

July 28th, Mini-Evacuation Demonstration test took place. Baltia crew has broken previous records. Despite one slide is twisted, Baltia asked local FAA to consider a pass, and Local FAA agreed.

August 11th, Local FAA completes report and sends recommendation of pass to Washington DC. Report contains 7 Mini-Evacuation performances to be under review.

September 22nd, Baltia and FAA has meeting behind closed doors to discuss about Mini-Evacuation performances.

October 8th, FAA released revised advisory circular 43-208 in regards to the emergency slides presenting favorable light to Baltia.

November 16th, FAA sends Baltia a Proposed Denial regarding issuance of an air carrier certificate to Baltia for failing to satisfactorily comply with the FAA’s requirements for emergency evacuation demonstration. Baltia has 30 days to reply.

December 16th, Baltia and FAA sat down and discuss the reason why Baltia should get a pass.

December 21st, Igor tells shareholders that the outcome of the meeting was very promising and may hear more about it from the FAA between January 4th - 15th.

I think a lot has happened. I don't think the FAA needs to be sued by Baltia. They are in a good working relationship with each other as it seems.

The FAA is watching these boards, The FAA knows what we are finding thanks to Firestream's post on SDR.
