Yes Nov 23rd they announced a private placement to raise $10,000,000 selling 12,500,000 shares at .80 cents.The share price came down after the announcement of the private placement and the share price has been trading sideways since.If the price of gold remains above $1100 you could see the share price of this company moving much higher then .80 cents.Their drill results of 84m of 16 grams,52m of24 grams,48 m of 25 grams are spectacular.I think more of these results will come out in the future and it will increase their reserves and resources significally.
