explorationguy - your model makes sense but as you said we will have to see what the market says. My guess is that the response will be at least somewhat determined by how likely the company is to achieve the restructuring and secure financing. I would have to think that Bayswater spoke to potential financing sources before plunking down a non-refundable $250K deposit though.
