KOO,,,,,,,,if I understand it correctly xb3-001+load has the ability to attach to many more receptors in the BBB allowing the greater penetration of 4 to 6%.  I think he makes a ruff comparison that if we have say 5000 receptors then our competition has probably only 10 to 100! This is why we get a greater load in a more timely fashion.
