I'm asking the question because of the current situation of both companies at this point.

1. There are few familiar faces around both companies agoracom hubs. BDAZ, Koo, Narmac, fuzzy, and myself among others. JD, face of the franchise of Bioasis, used to comment on RVX.
2. There is a westside connection BC+Alberta region

4. Bioasis was supposed to raise an equity financing at the end of september, in which I emailed Bioasis to cut me in. They told me a Canadian private placement should come next week and they would be in touch. As we all know, Sept 30th was bad news for RVX and BTI's financing never occured, blaming ''market conditions''. Maybe it blame RVX topline
5. Both companies are in limbo right now as their cash positions and next steps.

Is there something else? At the end, my question is: Is Bioasis short term future impacted by RVXs?
