A timeline was very much needed to propel the SPP. They failed in that regard. That should have been the first question asked by Mackie. We don't know when this partnership will roll out the goods to get Phase 1 on the road and prove once and for all BTI is a safe bet. If they don't get on top of it, the SPP will just languish away and lose the gains it tracked the last 2-3 weeks.
