Thanks for posting GeorgeParros. This is the same siRNA/NOX4 stroke model data that has been presented over and over and over again over the past few years in corporate presentations.  It is an old story. The bioRxIV pre-print of this now peer-reviewed and published paper was first posted almost 1.5 years ago. Nice to see it finally published, but the siRNA/NOX4 stroke story is quite old news. What I think is the most exciting part of this paper is that it includes that data on the discovery of the xB3 (Mtfp) peptide.
