Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated July 5, 2021, with respect to a non-brokered private placement of a convertible debenture in the principal amount of $3-million that is convertible into common shares at 31 cents per share for a 30-month period, the rate of interest of 20 per cent per annum should be $20,000 per month (or 8 per cent per annum).
