For the record, and it has always been interesting, Prothena only once mentioned Bioasis in a quarterly or annual report. That one instance was in the Annual Report (10K) for the year ending December 31, 2018. You can find the 10K here. To my knowledge, that was the only report, maybe the only document of any kind, in which Prothena ever mentioned Bioasis.

Did they ever do any work with xB3? If not, why did they pay us $1 million? XOMA certainly thought there was something serious going on between Bioasis and Prothena.

Anyway, Bioasis has moved on to some really serious stuff, as you will soon see.
