Today's BEHL press releases have turned the 15min and 60 min techs around to Bullish (Thanks for posting those, Joe). Buying in the last hour, or so, has slowed the Daily Bearishness towards a touch of the Bull in the house, with OBV showing accumulation. Have you watched the video? Very encouraging...

Rest of the market trying to come back but having a tough go.
