I think this answers some of my questions about all of the seemingly positive discussions, plans and disclosures that never really got past the discussion stage.

I find it interesting that the particulars of Mr. Fisher's discussion are not made more clear. Such a move is normally motivated by threats of law suits or exposure. I wonder what has happened to motivate such a disclosure at this time, in this venue.

Interesting, to say the least.
