SP still sliding and not holding firm. But, at these prices, you could get a million shares for less than $3k. And, when this hits a buck... Okay, Okay,... Just being optimistic here. Anyone attending the Big Open-House today? Was going to go, but just too many things going on.
A few more details in this release. Gotta hand it to BEHL - At least the PR's show that Management is trying to support the SP and the shareholders. For those reading the release (sorry for the delay in posting it, life gets in the way), DVJ means Death Valley Junction.

SANTA ANA, Calif., Aug. 17, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BEHL) President Monique Berry today provides an update on the multi-million dollar contract:
"Last week BioCentric Energy signed a multi-million dollar contact with Biocen Natural Development Group, (BNPD) a Nevada health drink company. Since this announcement, BEHL has received many inquires from shareholders requesting more information and additional details of the contract. To protect proprietary information belonging to BEHL and BNPD, many details of the contract may not be disclosed," stated BEHL President, Monique Berry. "However, the Company is pleased to provide the following brief outline of the agreement to shareholders: BNPD will have sole exclusive rights to represent, market and sell the algae strains Haematococcus, Spirulina and Chlorella to the health industry. BEHL will grow, harvest and process Haematococcus, Chlorella and Spirulina for BNPD. The two companies BNPD and BEHL will equally fund and equally participate in revenues generated from a laboratory to extract Phycocyanin, an all-natural blue pigment contained within Spirulina. Known for its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, Phycocyanin (a multi-cellular, filmentous Cyanobacterium) is considered highly beneficial and valuable in the health and beauty industries. The contract also states that BNPD shall provide quarterly reports to BEHL of all activities related to business development, as well as sales and marketing of products produced by BEHL. Although a $600,000 licensing agreement has been executed, the real value of the contract is in the production and sale of the 3 algae strains to be sold to BNPD. By producing 300+ pounds of algae each day per 1 acre, the company and its clients anticipate generating approximately $1,000 in gross revenue per day per acre. The strain highest in value for both BEHL and BNPD is Haematococcus, followed by Spirulina and Chlorella."
Recently, BEHL acquired a 5,000 sq ft. metal building located in DVJ. In 1907, this metal building was used for power generation for the railways as well as support for the Lila C Mine located near DVJ. BioCentric Energy Founder, Dennis Fisher, stated today, "The metal building in DVJ is the perfect size and space to accommodate the harvesting and extraction of the Phycocyanin from Spirulina. With the capability to grow, process and extract on site, BEHL and BNPD will both save money and valuable time in processing and shipping to a 3rd party. Also, the risk and likelihood of contamination will be greatly minimized." The plans for the metal building also include an onsite laboratory for BEHL's phycologist and staff to perform routine quality control functions and ensure that the algae is growing at its optimum performance. A souvenir and a nutracuetical shop are also included in the building plan and provide visitors the opportunity to watch the algae as it is harvested, see how it is processed, and taste the delicious and healthy end products.
The 20ft container that will house the tubes, plastic corners and pumps for DVJ is scheduled to arrive at the BioCentric Energy headquarters today. Prior to its deployment to DVJ on Monday, August 23rd, the Company will allow shareholders the opportunity during the open house to view the contents of the container and see first hand how the PBR systems will be shipped to locations around the world.
BioCentric Energy is gearing up for the open house this Saturday at the Company's headquarters located at 2400 S. Garnsey, Santa Ana, California. There is ample parking and a free shuttle for those staying at the Santa Ana, Hampton Inn. The open house commences at 12:00pm and registration is required for all individuals attending.
