Thought things were going Ok, with the "dividend" and all, so I was not a daily visitor of the web site.

Did write an e-mail to BEHL, that same day, asking if there will be a PR of the management change along with an explanation, and what the direction of the Company will be. Did not think to ask if replacements are being sought.

No reply as yet.

BEHL sp has continued to suffer, but likely not from the bailing or dumping of all of the BEHL folks. But, this will not help. Nice thing is that it can only go to zero.

Be interesting to find out the real story if the group was let go, or they all abandoned ship because something, not good, was found in the books while the company was being reviewed to get out of the Pinks and to OTC, or visa-versa. Being that it is noted they the managers/employees are not even associated with BNPD seems a bit bizarre. Not sure any managers/employees made out on this by using the BEHL sp and to sell their portions as sp has been very bad. About the only one's making anything on all of the shares moved are the brokers. Almost looks like someone cleaned house because of some secrets stolen/divulged, or something ike that. Who knows...

Fisher is still on "The Team" portion of the BEHL site so it seems he was not a part of any setup, if there was one.
