Website is Down

When you go to BEHL's website it is down. There is no longer an "Under Construction" page.

One of three things will happen:

1. The website will not go back up in the future because BEHL is done.

2. The website will go back to having the "Under Construction" page.

3. There will be a functional website when it does come back up.
