We know that BEHL wants to (or has?) increased their authorized share amount to 15 billion, up from 5 billion. Is there a way to tell if all these shares being traded are a part of the outstanding 3.5 billion or new shares being sold by the company? I don't know how pink sheets works with that, if there has to be filing before hand or not with new shares being sold.
