The 5th ROF Golf Classic in Niagara on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 14TH

Ladies and gentlemen ! This is your chance to get in on a terrific event that has been planned down to every last detail. This is not just any other golf tournament – it’s like a celebration, a gathering of a great group of intelligent and very friendly people in a comfortable golf course setting.

And not just any golf course either – it’s John Daly’s Thundering Waters. Gorgeous course and with any luck (I’m trying), JD will make an appearance, perhaps on stage with the live country band. Yes, I did say live country band and in fact they are one of the best on the Niagara circuit and will be performing for us after dinner.

Our goal as always is to keep the costs down and still give everyone great value for the money. Well I think we`ve done it again. Only $75 to play on JD`s course (I`ve paid $100 there) AND only $75 for a fabulous dinner, with wine, welcome gifts and a live country band. That is a deal, man !

And the limo-bused wine tour hosted by the distinguished Mr. Larry Hoover for only $50 and I`ll bet we`ll see some smiling faces coming off the bus at the golf course…. Hic, no occifer I don’t recall driving the bus onto the 18th green….

As promised, I have secured some cheaper accommodations within one block of the Marriott (where some are staying), under 10 minutes from the golf course and a five minute walk to the casino. How convenient is that ? Details of all that is listed below and please contact me first, for booking info.

The Day’s Inn Fallsview (6519 Stanley Ave) – All rooms are standard, non smoking and have 2 queen beds. On site restaurant is Rosy’s Diner (used to be Perkins) For Friday night, it’s $134.47 (taxes in) and I have 10 rooms available. For Saturday night, it’s $168.37 (taxes in) and I have 15 rooms available.

The Rodeway Inn (6663 Stanley Ave.) - Here I have a small variety of motel rooms. I have a non smoking king, a non smoking 2 double beds, a non smoking 2 queens and 2 rooms with smoking & 2 queens. Prices for all are the same….. for Friday it`s $89.27 (taxes in) and for Saturday it`s $134.47 (taxes in). I have personally stayed in these motel rooms and they are spacious, clean & comfortable. Great rates for the traveler type. On site is a great and reasonable breakfast restaurant and also a Pizza restaurant. Nice touch !

And a reminder for those who want to stay at the Marriott Fallsview……you have until AUGUST 8TH to reserve these rooms. River view rooms are available for $224.87 (taxes in) and the falls view rooms are $281.37 (taxes in). There are only 5 river view rooms available under this price point. You can call the hotel at 905-374-1077 and tell them you are with the Ring of Fire Golf group.
